Programme Overview

The Master of Arts (M.A.) in Multimedia and Communication (MMC) focuses on multimediality as both an overarching industry reality and a philosophy. With seamless storytelling increasingly becoming the foundational vision of the composite Media and Entertainment (M&E) industry, platform-neutral content creation, multimedia expression, and technology integration have become the key skills for any communication professional. This postgraduate programme orients and conditions learners to these realities through a mix of transdisciplinary theory modules, immersive practical exercises, field-based activities, and industry exposure.

The programme places equal emphasis on Content, Technology, Business, Legality, and Ethics, aiming to create not just trained professionals but conscious and conscientious global citizens.

Specializations

In consonance with the three larger verticals in the Media & Entertainment industry, the programme offers three specializations from the second semester: Communication Practices, Audio-Visual Production, and Marketing Communication.
