This master's degree in management, specializing in logistics, is taught in English at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn over four semesters, with tuition of 6000 PLN per year. The program responds directly to the demands of the modern labor market, where globalization of production and trade has increased the need for personnel with strong logistics competencies. Company strategies increasingly account for the need to adjust and improve logistics processes, and the program is built to supply graduates who can lead that work. Coursework covers current problems in management with particular emphasis on logistics, alongside elements of law, finance, and accounting, plus the social and ethical dimensions of management practice. Classes combine lectures with workshops held in a computer lab, giving students hands-on exposure to the tools used in logistics planning and analysis. Student placements form an integral part of the program and connect directly to the master's thesis students complete before graduating. Graduates are prepared for management roles across the logistics sectors of production, supply, and distribution, and the program also readies them for employment in transport and freight forwarding companies across all transport modes, as well as logistics centers and container-handling terminals.
