Master in Lehramt an beruflichen Schulen

Graduates of the Lehramt an beruflichen Schulen programme qualify for careers as teachers in various vocational schools across Bavaria, including Berufsschulen, Wirtschaftsschulen, Berufsfachschulen and Fachoberschulen, among others.

The programme offered in Bamberg, started in the Wintersemester 1978/79, is the only one in Bavaria to offer the Fachrichtung Sozialpädagogik, with a Master in Wirtschaftspädagogik/Wirtschaftsinformatik (120 ECTS, 4 semesters) being rare in Germany. The curriculum includes 270 ECTS, split between a 180 ECTS Bachelor and 90 ECTS Master, covering both professional and general education subjects, with relevant practical training.
