Master in International Business & Consulting – Human Resource Management

The Master's programme in International Business and Consulting with a specialisation in Human Resource Management prepares students for roles as HR specialists, HR professionals, or HR executives in internationally active companies, as well as positions in HR consulting firms and HR service providers. The programme has a strong international and strategic orientation, and the degree is recognised in the public administration sector as a qualification for posts in the senior civil service. Courses are delivered as interactive seminars taught in English, with small group sizes that enable direct dialogue and intensive work on case studies. The three-semester programme begins in the winter semester. The first two semesters cover foundational and specialisation content; the third semester is for the Master's thesis. Students who take an additional internship semester defer the thesis to a later point. The programme is offered at HWR Berlin (Berlin School of Economics and Law) in Berlin, Germany.
