Graduates are qualified to work as resource management technicians. The program prepares students for careers in forestry, fisheries, wildlife and park management. It focuses on hands-on learning through field exercises, labs and work experience. Students gain skills in data collection, regulation enforcement and resource monitoring.

Focus areas include forestry management, fisheries management, wildlife management, park management, sustainability, stewardship.

Two years, full-time, on-campus. Includes field camps and work experience. No co-op or practicum stated.

Graduates work as fish and wildlife technicians, forestry technicians, plant specialists or park rangers.

Grade 12 with minimum 65% in 30-level English Language Arts and minimum 60% in Workplace and Apprenticeship Math 30, Foundations of Math 30, or Pre-Calculus 30. Alternative admission available via ACCUPLACER© with specified cut scores. International students must meet English language requirements.
