This program is delivered on-campus full- or part-time over two years. Students learn to maintain, install, and design systems that measure, monitor, and control industrial processes. They work with real equipment in labs that simulate manufacturing, energy, and process control environments. The curriculum covers sensors, controllers, robotics, programmable logic, electrical fundamentals, fluid power, and instrumentation calibration.

Two years, full- or part-time, on-campus. Includes lab work with industrial equipment. No co-op or practicum stated.

Graduates enter careers as industrial instrument technicians and mechanics, or mechanical engineering technologists and technicians.

High school completion with 50% in ELA 30-1 or 65% in ELA 30-2, 60% in MATH 30-1 or 75% in MATH 30-2, 60% in PHYS 20, and 60% in CHEM 20 or SCI 30. Or 15 post-secondary credits in a related field. English proficiency required for non-native speakers.
