Bachelor in Informatics

Informatics is a bachelor's program in IT in Business, taught in English at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Torun, based in Warszawa, Poland, over three and a half years, with yearly tuition of 2700 EUR. Students gain knowledge and engineering skills related to designing IT systems, business applications, and database technologies, along with e-business and the broader computerization of enterprises. Students take part in work placements and study visits at some of the largest IT companies, and they can validate the skills and knowledge gained during their studies by earning international professional IT certificates. Admission follows a four-step process: applicants select their field of study, create a candidate account containing recruitment instructions, and then have seven days to attach and sign the necessary documents, all completed online without needing to visit in person. Informatics at the bachelor's level with this business focus gives students a technical grounding in systems and database design alongside direct exposure to enterprise IT practice through partner companies, preparing graduates for entry-level roles connecting software development to business operations, or for further study at the master's level.
