Human Sciences - Discovery

Tuition is CAD 250 per session.

This programme offers a general introduction to human sciences, preparing students for further study in fields such as psychology, sociology, and political science. It is designed for those who want to explore different areas of study before choosing a specific path. The programme runs over three sessions, with all courses available in every session, allowing flexible entry points.

Students take courses in French, history, mathematics, and other core subjects. The curriculum emphasizes critical thinking and foundational knowledge in the humanities. A French language proficiency test is required for applicants who did not complete secondary education in French in Quebec or France.

Admission is based on secondary school records, with priority given to performance in French, history, and math. Applications must be submitted through the SRAM system by March 1 for the fall session or November 1 for the winter session. A $20 test fee applies for the French admission test.
