The programme runs for one year, split into two semesters, each delivering a series of mandatory modules that develop your ability to manage people, customers, front-office operations and overall hospitality services.

The curriculum combines theory with a work-based learning portfolio, allowing you to apply academic concepts directly to challenges in your own workplace.
