Students begin with the compulsory module "Effective Strategies for Preparation and Competition", which introduces advanced periodisation and performance analysis techniques. The course runs over three terms, starting with research methodology and talent management, progressing to performance evaluation and leadership practice, and concluding with a 60-credit applied research dissertation.
