This programme is designed for recent graduates and career changers interested in culinary arts and health care. Students learn to prepare meals that meet specific dietary needs in healthcare settings. They gain skills in food safety, nutrition, and therapeutic menu planning. The programme includes hands-on training in kitchen operations and patient interaction.

34-week intensive certificate program with a work experience component; no co-op or practicum mentioned as optional.

Graduates enter roles such as hospital cook, dietary cook, institutional cook, or head cook in health care facilities.

Grade 12 required. English language requirement. Alternative admission available through ACCUPLACER© with minimum scores of 250 in Arithmetic and 237 in Reading. International students must have a co-op work permit to participate in the work experience component.
