Global Business is a four-semester Master of Arts programme at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt taught entirely in English, designed for graduates with prior degrees in business administration, economics, or related fields who want to develop skills for management roles in internationally operating organisations. The curriculum addresses global business management, sustainability, intercultural competences, and cross-cultural leadership, with a focus on the retail and consumer goods industry, production, and life science sectors. Students select one of two specialisations: Global Supply Chain Management or Social Impact and Sustainability. The first two semesters cover core content in Global Business and Intercultural Competences, complemented by German language courses. The chosen specialisation is deepened in the third semester, and the fourth semester is dedicated to the Master's thesis. The four-semester structure is organised to allow students to pursue professional or other activities alongside their studies. The programme is available for both winter and summer semester entry and is offered at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt in Ingolstadt, Germany.
