The MBA in General Management at Hof University of Applied Sciences is a four-semester programme combining management theory with extended practical experience. The curriculum addresses strategy development, leadership, financial frameworks, change management, communication, negotiation, purchasing, digital transformation, and business operations. Teaching methods include cloud-based simulations, management games, and case studies. The first two semesters cover twelve modules: four basic modules in Applied Economics and Intercultural Management, Strategic and Financial Framework, and two German language modules, alongside eight mandatory core modules covering Corporate Strategy and Controlling, Business Management Systems with SAP, Procurement and Risk Management, Leadership and Change Management, Communication and Negotiation Skills, Marketing and Sales, and Supply Chain Management.
