This diploma prepares graduates to work as funeral directors in Ontario without an embalming license. Students learn to manage funeral services, support grieving families, and coordinate arrangements with cultural sensitivity. The programme covers legal, administrative, and practical aspects of the funeral industry. Graduates gain hands-on experience through a six-month paid internship.

Four stages over approximately 13 months; includes a 6-month paid internship; on-campus format with some hybrid options.

Graduates are qualified to work as funeral directors in Ontario under Class 2 regulations.

Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, one credit in French, one credit in English, or completion of the College Boréal Pre-Health Sciences certificate. English proficiency required: NCLC Level 6 or PAET with minimum 50% in specialization courses.

On-campus, full-time, duration approximately 13 months.
