The Full-Time Master's Programme in Management (MSc) at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management is a four-semester degree centred on the student's personal and professional aspirations. The programme is structured around four elements: Welcome Weeks, General Management Essentials, General Management Competencies, and General Management Deep Dives. The Welcome Weeks provide orientation through intercultural team activities and foundational refresher courses. The General Management Essentials cover Business Administration and Economics, Leadership and Reflection, and Entrepreneurship and Disruption. The General Management Competencies phase incorporates applied experience through a Field Project, Practical Deepening, and International Experience.
