Bachelor in Food Technology (master)

Tuition comes to 3,000 EUR per year, while the application deadline for the Sep 2027 intake is Aug 31, 2027.

The Food Technology degree draws on the intellectual problem of sustainable food production, exploring the physical, chemical, and biological processes involved in food processing, as well as topics such as quality management and process engineering. It is offered both under the Ulm Model, which includes recognised vocational training, and as an in-depth practical component programme. The course lasts 4.5 years.
