Bachelor in European Business Communication

Sponsored by the Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (DFH), the European Business Communication programme allows students to start in Siegen, study alongside peers at the partner University of Orléans, and earn a German-French double degree. The programme combines applied linguistics, foreign languages (French and English), and economics, with an emphasis on intercultural communication and practical experience.

Students benefit from a unique study structure. The first year is at the home university in Siegen, followed by a shared second year at the University of Orléans. The third year is back in Siegen, completing the programme. This structure encourages students to immerse themselves in a French-speaking environment, with a compulsory internship in a French-speaking country.
