PhD in Electrical Engineering (PhD, 3 Years)

Admissions are rolling. The tuition fee is 6,028 USD total programme cost.

Doctoral research in electrical engineering for candidates intending to stay in research or academia, with training in specialised methods and innovative design. Departmental strengths include wireless and optical communications, power engineering, signal and image processing, and electromagnetics and antenna technologies. Most of the credit sits in the research, write-up and defence of the thesis, with a smaller share allocated to preparing the proposal; assessment closes with a public lecture and a viva. Instruction is in English.
