The DIU Santé Médecine Intensive aims to bring together in a single course the pathophysiological, diagnostic, and therapeutic approaches concerning pathological states that are severe or likely to become so in the near future.

These conditions require rapid, intensive medical care lasting several hours to prevent or counteract potential risks to functional or vital prognosis. The program includes 2 years of formation, divided into 160 hours of theoretical teaching, 30 hours of practical teaching, and a 12-month internship.
