About the Program

Digital Campaign Planning and Management

This short course offers theoretical and practical insight into the principles underpinning the planning and management of integrated digital campaigns. Emphasising the need for strategic underpinning, it provides students with a practical, hands-on understanding of a range of online digital media tools, services, and techniques which may be used to effectively engage and communicate with customers and other stakeholders. Through the use of case studies from local and global brands, and building upon prior knowledge and understanding, this module enables students to understand the concept of campaign and how to use campaign management across the variety of online digital marketing platforms.

In this short course, students will acquire the necessary skills to develop strategic digital communication objectives that support business goals, including customer acquisition, loyalty, and garnering return on investment. Students will be able to engage with and critically evaluate individual online digital marketing communication platforms and select appropriate tools from the range available to develop specific digital marketing communication campaigns in support of stated objectives, gaining both knowledge of and technical expertise in digital and social media platforms.
