About This Course

This short course enables students to develop an understanding of the user needs and challenges through independent, innovative, and disruptive thinking. Students will observe and develop empathy with the target user.

This programme aims to equip students with the understanding and ability to experience an iterative process where they will seek to understand the user, challenge assumptions, and redefine problems to identify alternative strategies and solutions.

The course encourages exploration and development of methodologies that support a solution-based design thinking approach to problem-solving. It aids students in developing a balanced way of thinking and working, exploring various methods to experience and test solutions.
