Dance

The Dance program at Barton Peveril College is a non-degree course for students who love to move and express themselves. It's a one-year program taught in English. Students get to learn various dance styles and techniques in a supportive environment.

The curriculum includes subjects like ballet, contemporary, and jazz dance. Students develop skills like choreography, dance criticism, and performance techniques. They also get to work on hands-on projects, creating and performing their own dance pieces.

Graduates can pursue careers like Dance Teacher, Choreographer, or Professional Dancer. They can work in dance companies, schools, or entertainment venues. Some may even start their own dance studios or companies, like the English National Ballet or the Matthew Bourne Dance Company.
