The Culinary Arts programme at Collège Boréal prepares students to cook and present a wide range of foods according to industry standards. It emphasizes food safety, kitchen management, and cost control in small to medium-sized restaurants. Students learn practical skills in cooking techniques, pastry, nutrition, and kitchen operations. The programme also addresses the need for healthy, low-sodium, and low-cholesterol meal preparation.
