About the Program

The programme includes an industry-linked Integrated BIM Project where students work in interdisciplinary teams to develop collaborative building information models, mirroring current practice in the AEC sector. Core BIM modules cover 3D modelling, 4D clash detection, 5D quantity take-off and 6D energy analysis, providing hands-on experience with the tools used on real construction sites.

Students also study management principles, building energy management, fire engineering and digital land surveying, all delivered in a blended part-time format suitable for working professionals. The final research project develops academic writing and research skills, preparing graduates for further study or senior roles in construction management.
