Graduates enter careers in technical support roles within small, medium, and large organizations, including help desks, repair centers, and client service departments.

Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), ACE certificate, or equivalent; one credit in French (FIF3U, FRA3C, FRA3U, FIF4U, FRA4C, FRA4U or equivalent); recommended one credit in computer studies (ICS3C, ICS3U, ICS4C, ICS4U or equivalent); English language proficiency required if no OSSD.
