About the Program

The MSc in Computational Science and Engineering (CSE) at the University of Rostock is an interdisciplinary programme offering two areas of specialisation: Computational Electrical Engineering and Computational Mechanical Engineering. Students in both tracks attend joint classes on general methods of applied mathematics and on the German language. The 4-semester programme admits students in both the winter and summer semesters. During the first three semesters, students complete mandatory and elective courses to accumulate 90 credit points (30 per semester). The fourth semester is dedicated to the Master's thesis and its defence, worth 30 credit points. The programme is offered at the University of Rostock in Rostock, Germany.
