Two distinct pathways make up this master's programme: the MPNC, specialising in Matières premières naturelles cosmétiques in collaboration with the ISIPCA (Institut Supérieur International du Parfum, de la Cosmétique et de l'Aromatique alimentaire), and the FESAPCA, focusing on Formulation, évaluation sensorielle et analyse pour les industries de la parfumerie, de la cosmétique et de l'aromatique alimentaire with the ESPC (Ecole Supérieure du Parfum et de la Cosmétique).

Both pathways are two-year programmes conducted entirely in an apprenticeship format, with roughly 4-6 weeks of university and school-based learning followed by 6-8 weeks of on-the-job training, including a 3-5 month period of continuous work experience. These programmes are designed for students with a strong foundation in chemistry or biology, and aim to equip them with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the cosmetics, perfumery, or food aromatic industries. Selected students will gain valuable practical experience in these industries, preparing them to lead research and development projects, manage product development, and handle regulatory compliance. The apprenticeship model ensures a strong integration of academic learning and professional practice, enabling students to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings. The programmes are supported by industry partnerships, providing students with access to cutting-edge facilities and expertise.
