This Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) program is led by Romana Snozzi, MA, and Annette Preusse-Grobe, MA, both Advanced Lecturers at the Interkantonalen Hochschule für Heilpädagogik Zürich (HfH). It focuses on the core competencies of educational planning along the learning cycle, including the selection, preparation, and implementation of appropriate teaching subjects. Participants engage in expert discussions, case studies, and practical exercises, with a focus on the educational goals and competencies outlined in the Lehrplan 21. The program includes modules such as Kooperation und Haltung, Lernen, Verhalten, Bildungsplanung, Unterrichtsentwicklung, Fachbereiche Sprache und Mathematik, and Zusammenarbeit.
