The programme opens with a module on 'Cło i polityka celna. Incoterms. Zgłoszenia INTRASTAT' covering customs procedures, international trade regulations, and VAT in intra-Community transactions. It targets entrepreneurs involved in international trade, as well as those seeking to become certified customs agents. The curriculum covers Polish and EU customs law, border taxes, and foreign exchange regulations, equipping students with the knowledge needed to navigate complex customs procedures and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Graduates gain the right to apply for listing as a customs agent under Polish law.
