This three-year programme is offered at IUT Nancy-Brabois - Campus Villers-lès-Nancy. It aims to train professionals to design, deploy, maintain, and secure corporate computer networks, while being competent in deploying telecommunications infrastructures for telephony operators and Internet service providers.

Students can choose between two pathways: 'Réseaux Opérateurs et Multimédia' (ROM) and 'Cybersécurité' (CYBER). The curriculum includes modules such as Administration des réseaux, Architecture de l’Internet et sécurité, Services réseaux aux utilisateurs, and Télécommunications fixes et mobile, as well as projects, and both a 10-week and a 16-week internship.
