The Master's programme in Business and Economics at Chemnitz University of Technology provides a comprehensive education in both business and economics, building on undergraduate study in Economics or Business Administration. The programme teaches advanced principles in both areas with an emphasis on sustainability and innovation, and offers in-depth knowledge through four fields of specialisation: Strategy, Leadership, and Economics; Sustainability, Innovation, and Marketing; Finance, Taxation, and Controlling; and Empirical and Applied Economics. Additional seminars allow for further specialisation within these fields. The four-semester programme starts in both winter and summer semesters. Students may complement their studies with an internship or a period of study abroad to add practical or international perspectives. The programme is taught in English. Entry requirements are regulated in the study regulations, and applicants must meet language requirements in both English and German.
