This two-year in-person diploma program is delivered full-time over four terms. Students develop practical skills in leadership, communication, business planning, operations, and financial management. The program includes an optional co-op component and service learning. It prepares students for entry-level roles in business and supports pathways to further studies.

Focus areas include Business Operations and Strategy, Marketing & Sales, Leadership & Team Building, Financial Management.

2 years (4 terms), 60 credits, optional co-op component, service learning.

Graduates can pursue entry-level and supervisory roles in business, operations, sales, marketing, administration, and entrepreneurship.

High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 55% in Math 30-1 or Math 30-2 and minimum 60% in English 30/30-1 or 65% in English 33/30 or English 30-2. Mature students (21+) may qualify with the same grades or a pass on the College Entrance Assessment. English language proficiency required: TOEFL iBT 79 (no section below 19), IELTS Academic 6.0, CAEL 60, MELAB 80, Duolingo 95, or PTE Academic 50.

On-campus, full-time, 2 years.
