Bachelor in B.Sc. Physics Honours

The B.Sc. Honours Programme in Physics at the Department of Atomic and Molecular Physics aims at the focused learning of Physics from fundamentals to advanced topics in the course of four years with extra emphasis on the research elements. Adhering to the NEP guidelines, this programme has provision for multiple exits wherein a student would be eligible for B.Sc. degree in Physics after the successful completion of three years and the fourth year would be dedicated to a research project leading to the Honours degree. Structured pedagogic plan of the programme offers a smooth transition from the basics to advanced topic of Physical Sciences including cutting edge areas of research.
