Biomedical Engineering applies principles of engineering and biology to the design of medical devices, diagnostic equipment, and healthcare technologies. Coursework typically covers anatomy and physiology, biomaterials, biomechanics, medical imaging, electronics, and signal processing, alongside core engineering subjects such as mathematics, physics, and computer programming.
