The Mechanical Engineering program provides in-depth knowledge of mechanical equipment design and operation, manufacturing methods, production, materials, project work, and project management. Studies progress from basic subjects through to professional and advanced professional studies, concluding with a thesis. Field-specific practical training is integrated throughout to build specialist competence. Studies are conducted on campus in Pori as daytime contact teaching, Monday to Friday, and require full-time presence. There are no online study options for this program. The program starts in September 2026 and runs for 4 years at Satakunta University of Applied Sciences SAMK in Pori, Finland.
