Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (Single Major) (Mechanical Engineering)

Tuition fees are 34,947 USD per year, while applications are due 9 December, 2025.

The programme is structured over four years of full-time study. In the first year you study foundational engineering subjects before selecting a major. From the second year you follow a Mechanical Engineering major, and in the third and fourth years you specialise through advanced modules and elective topics such as sustainable energy, robotics or automotive systems.

Graduates commonly move into roles such as Mechanical Engineer, Design Engineer, Project Engineer or specialised positions in aerospace, automotive or renewable-energy industries. Throughout each semester you attend lectures, complete laboratory work, engage in industry-linked projects and undertake a 12-week industry placement, either in Australia or overseas, giving practical experience of real engineering challenges.
