Bachelor of Engineering, Artificial Intelligence (Data Engineering)

The Artificial Intelligence (Data Engineering) program prepares students to apply AI, programming, and data science in practical contexts. The program takes the position that modern AI tools and libraries are accessible without a scientific research background, making hands-on application the focus of the curriculum. Alongside technical AI and data skills, students develop competencies in entrepreneurship, project management, international collaboration, and multidisciplinary teamwork. Studies are conducted on campus in Pori as daytime contact teaching, Monday to Friday, and require full-time attendance. The program starts in September 2026 and runs for 4 years at Satakunta University of Applied Sciences SAMK in Pori, Finland.
