The University of Lower Silesia in Wrocław offers this bachelor's program in Art and Design, delivered entirely in English over six semesters. Annual tuition is 2000 EUR. The curriculum centers on a specialization in 3D Animation and Visual Effects for Film and Games, run through the school's Digital Masters: Centre for Games and Animation.
