This one-year, in-person program is delivered over two semesters with a co-op component. Students gain hands-on experience in aquaculture operations, fish husbandry, and sustainable production systems. The curriculum includes training in water quality management, feeding strategies, and fish health monitoring. Students also learn about aquaponics and zebrafish husbandry for research applications.
