This programme prepares you to work as a bookkeeper or accounting clerk in administrative and business settings. It is designed for adults seeking practical skills in accounting and management. The programme runs for 13 months across three sessions, with full-time in-person classes at the Namur building near the Namur metro station.

You study core topics such as accounting cycles, financial data processing, budget planning, inventory control, and tax support. You also learn to use common software, manage databases, and apply administrative and commercial laws. The programme includes hands-on training in setting up accounting systems and supporting client services.

Admission requires a secondary school diploma or equivalent work experience. You must pass a French pre-selection test. Applications are submitted online through the SRAM portal. Fees are approximately $300 per session for Quebec residents, $1,926 for Canadian non-residents, and $8,955 for international students, including health insurance.
