It is a fully online, part-time degree delivered jointly by the Universities of Bamberg and Duisburg-Essen, with no physical attendance required. It accepts candidates with a first degree and at least one year of professional experience, making it suitable for those already in employment. It is run in partnership with the Universität Duisburg-Essen. Students can choose between 90- or 120-ECTS versions of the programme, with the 120-ECTS option allowing for the recognition of relevant professional competencies.
