Graduates are qualified to sit for the NCLEX-RN exam and become registered nurses. The programme combines classroom learning with clinical rotations at Henry Ford Health and other community partners. Students engage in hands-on training from the first year, focusing on patient-centered care across diverse populations. The curriculum emphasizes evidence-based practice, interprofessional collaboration, and health equity.

Focus areas include Relationship-Based Care, Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, Nursing Informatics, Population Health and Epidemiology, Geriatric Nursing, Mental Health and Illness.

The programme requires 120 credits, distributed across general education, science, nursing core, and clinical practicum courses. Students complete a capstone project and a six-credit immersion practicum in the final year.
