The Doctor of Pharmacy program is a professional doctorate offered by the School of Pharmacy. It includes a three-year Doctor of Pharmacy portion, which can be preceded by a pre-professional phase. The program prepares students for pharmacy practice through its curricula.

Graduates are prepared to become licensed pharmacists.

Applicants must submit an online PharmCAS application, letters of recommendation, and official transcripts, with prerequisite courses completed prior to matriculation. Selection considers academic readiness, GPA (minimum 2.0, below 2.70 may require HSRT assessment), interview performance, and verbal/written/interpersonal skills. International students must meet English proficiency requirements, typically via TOEFL (minimum 82 internet-based). A $500 non-refundable deposit and successful criminal background check are required upon acceptance.
