Bachelor in Percorso Formativo

This three-year Percorso Formativo programme, delivered by the University of Tuscia, offers students the opportunity to engage in a dual degree programme with Uzbekistan, focusing on food and wine technologies. Students explore subjects such as mathematics, chemistry, and microbiology, with a particular emphasis on the microbiology of wine production.

The programme includes modules such as 'Microbiologia Generale ed Enologica,' which teaches students about the microbiological aspects of wine production, and 'Chimica Organica,' which covers the principles of organic chemistry relevant to food science. Students also gain practical skills in laboratory settings, such as analyzing the growth of bacteria and yeasts, and studying the structure and functions of prokaryotic cells.
