Students complete coursework by demonstrating mastery of competencies through a self-paced, online format. They engage in projects that analyze organizational structure, culture, and change processes. The program emphasizes applying leadership theories to real-world challenges in diverse settings. The program requires 36 credits, completed through competency-based modules. Students advance by demonstrating mastery rather than meeting fixed time schedules.

Applicants must be at least 20 years old and have a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. A minimum 3.0 GPA is required, or a personal statement if below 3.0. Official transcripts and a government-issued photo ID are required.

The programme totals about 36 credit hours. 100% online, competency-based, self-paced, with six start dates per year. For international students, tuition is well below the median for US programmes. The institution admits about 97% of applicants.

Online degrees include English, history, and psychology, alongside degree-completion options and graduate study in organizational leadership.

Students living on campus can use residence halls, dining services, the Campus Center, tutoring and writing support, and the Center for Innovative Learning. Gentile Hall includes a pool, fitness center, elevated track, and climbing wall.
