Graduates are qualified to work as nurse educators or advanced practice registered nurses. The programme prepares students for leadership roles in nursing education or clinical practice through coursework in evidence-based practice, health care policy, and research. Students complete practicum experiences in academic or clinical settings aligned with their chosen track. The programme is offered in online and hybrid formats with cohort-based learning.

The Nursing Education track requires 33 credits, including 15 credits in the specialization core and 15 credits in the nursing concentration. Students complete a capstone course and an education practicum as part of the programme structure.

Applicants must hold a BSN or equivalent from an accredited institution and possess a current, active RN license. Non-nursing bachelor’s degree holders may apply through an RN-to-MSN bridge pathway.
