Graduates from the Master in Innovation of Agrosilvopastoral Systems of the Mountain go on to manage businesses in the agrosilvopastoral sector, revitalise mountain communities, or pursue further study in related fields.

This one-year master, running from March to December 2024, focuses on the unique challenges and opportunities of mountain territories. It covers ecosystems, production chains, business creation, and territorial governance, with a strong emphasis on practical experience through a 300-hour stage, or project work. The programme includes weekly online and in-person sessions, plus study visits and a residential week. It's open to graduates from any discipline, with a maximum of 20 students, including 7 reserved for nominees from partner organisations. The curriculum is taught in Italian.

Students may apply for financial aid and tuition waivers if they come from specific mountain communities in Friuli-Venezia Giulia.

The master integrates knowledge from different disciplines to address the specific challenges of mountain areas, fostering a holistic approach to sustainable development. The programme builds on the expertise of professors from the University of Udine and partners, including the Magnifica Comunità di Montagna Dolomiti Friulane, Cavallo e Cansiglio, and other mountain communities.

Classes are held online, on weekdays, and on weekends, with a mix of online and in-person sessions, including a week-long residential programme. The programme is open to graduates from any discipline, with a maximum of 20 students, including 7 reserved for nominees from partner organisations.
