Master in MBA Healthcare Management

The MBA in Healthcare Management at SRH University Berlin is a three-semester programme that combines management education with healthcare-specific content. Alongside classic management topics such as marketing, finance, and corporate social responsibility, the programme covers health economics, public health management, and quality management in healthcare. Elective modules allow students to develop additional areas of expertise. The curriculum is structured across three semesters. The first covers organisational behaviour, corporate social responsibility and business ethics, healthcare management modules on organisation and management of healthcare institutions, and applied project or internship work. The second semester addresses trust and collaboration, marketing management, strategic management, public health management, financial flows in healthcare, and scientific writing. The third semester consists of two elective modules and the Master's thesis. Throughout the programme, an emphasis on skill-based and project-focused learning develops intercultural, communication, negotiation, and leadership competencies.
