Master in MBA – General Management & Executive MBA

The MBA and Executive MBA at SRH University Berlin cover both foundational and applied management disciplines across three semesters. The shared curriculum includes organisational behaviour, corporate social responsibility, business ethics, strategic management, marketing, finance, accounting, and process and supply chain management. Elective modules allow students to extend their expertise into areas of personal interest. Students choose between two focus tracks. The General Management track deepens knowledge across management functions, with coursework in finance, process management, and supply chain management alongside core subjects. The Executive MBA track is aimed at professionals with management experience and includes additional topics such as big data, agile leadership, and artificial intelligence, as well as a strategic and ethical leadership dimension. An applied, project-based teaching approach is used across both tracks, and an optional internship is available. The third semester in each track is dedicated to elective modules and the Master's thesis. The programme is offered at SRH University in Berlin, Germany, with intake in both the winter and summer semesters.
