The Mathematics program at Westminster University emphasizes logical reasoning and problem-solving grounded in mathematical theory and real-world applications. Focus areas include Abstract Algebra, Discrete Mathematics, Multivariate Calculus, Calculus I, Applied Mathematics, Mathematical Proofs.

The program requires a minimum of 50 credit hours, including core mathematics courses, liberal education requirements, and electives. Students complete a structured four-year plan with increasing mathematical rigor from foundational topics to advanced theory.

Graduates pursue careers in actuarial science, data analysis, software engineering, teaching, and graduate study in mathematics, computer science, or business.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Admission requires a minimum GPA of 2.5 and submission of official transcripts. Additional materials include a personal statement and standardized test scores if required.
